How we verify fit
before we publish.
Five steps. Every model on the matrix has been through them. Bikes that haven't aren't listed — even if we know they'll work.
- 01
Acquire
We buy the OEM part — actually buy it, not source a drawing — and add it to the measurement queue.
- 02
Measure
Calipers, thread gauges, pocket-depth checks. Every callout is recorded against a part number, not a model name.
- 03
Envelope
Measured values are checked against JIS B 1189:2014 (small series) and ISO 7380-2 envelopes. Anything outside is flagged.
- 04
Validate
Kit completeness validation runs on every spec change. Missing OEM part numbers, missing factory lengths, and self-tapping rows block release.
- 05
Publish
Only models that clear validation appear on the matrix. "Coming soon" gets you a callback — not a product page.
We publish what we can defend.
- If a kit is marked Ready and it doesn't fit your listed bike, send it back. We replace it or refund it.
- If we publish a model and find an error, we issue a corrected SKU and credit anyone who bought the old one.
- We don't ship aspirational coverage. "Coming soon" is a callback, not a product page.
Tell us what you ride.
We'll add it to the queue.
The matrix only lists what's measured. If your platform isn't there, send a model and year and we'll route the next batch toward your region.
