The aftermarket spends most of its energy on bikes that ride twice a year. We picked the opposite end — scooters, small commuters, and modern classics that move millions of people every day in Southeast Asia, Latin America, and the US.
These bikes get the worst hardware in the catalog because they're not "cool." Cheap pads, generic brackets, fasteners that strip the second time a tech touches them. Riders pay for it in stops they didn't make and bolts they had to drill out at the side of the road.

Manufacturing happens through a tight loop of US engineering and contract manufacturing in regions with strong fastener and brake-component supply chains. Final QA happens before any kit ships to a distributor.
